Sam Lynn's company, since 1995
We are Exteriors Plus LLC, a roofing and exterior contractor at 7503 Broadview Drive on the south side of Indianapolis. Sam Lynn owns our company, Tina Lynn manages it, and we have finished more than 3,000 projects.
Where we came from
Before Exteriors Plus, Sam worked for a lot of big companies. He learned the trade on their jobs, then went out on his own with a short list of priorities that has not changed: honest service, careful work, and results that last.
That was 1995. In Sam's words, it's been a wonderful journey. We grew from roofs into the whole outside of the house: siding, gutters, soffit and fascia, windows, doors, decks, and the bigger renovation jobs where all of those happen at once. The side of our box truck still says it: a full service construction company, interior and exterior restoration and remodeling.
We work with products from Owens Corning, CertainTeed and Polaris. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and EPA certified.

How we run a job
- We come out, get up on the roof or the wall, and take photos you can see.
- You get a written estimate, free, before any work is scheduled.
- After a storm, we document the damage for your insurance company and can meet the adjuster at the house.
- We haul off the old material and clean up before we leave.
- Storm damage calls get answered 24/7. Regular hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm.
