Where we work
Marion County and Johnson County, and the suburbs that ring Indianapolis. Our shop is in Perry Township, on the south side of Indianapolis.
The five towns we know best
- IndianapolisSouthport, Homecroft, University Heights and the rest of Perry Township, where our shop is.
- GreenwoodA permit only when 25% or more of the roof decking comes off, plus a written HOA notice in subdivisions.
- Center GroveUnincorporated White River Township, so Johnson County issues the permits, including one for every window swap.
- Beech GroveAn excluded city with its own Building Commissioner, and a median house built in 1968.
- FranklinThe county seat, with the Martin Place residential historic district near downtown.

Homecroft and Wanamaker are in Marion County. Whiteland is in Johnson County. Camby, Avon and Plainfield are on the west side of the metro, and Carmel, Fishers and Westfield on the north.
Counties we cover
Marion County. Indianapolis and the excluded cities inside it, including Beech Grove and Southport. Permits run through the city's Department of Business and Neighborhood Services, except in the excluded cities that keep their own offices.
Johnson County. Greenwood, Franklin, Whiteland, Bargersville and unincorporated White River Township. Each city has its own building office, and Johnson County Planning and Zoning covers the unincorporated areas.
The suburbs around them. We take roofing, siding and storm calls from Hendricks County and Hamilton County towns as well, including Avon, Plainfield, Carmel, Fishers and Westfield.
