This policy explains how Exteriors Plus LLC ("we," "us") handles the information you give us through proexteriorsplus.com, by phone, and by text message.
What we collect
When you fill out our estimate form, call, or text us, we collect what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, street address, and a description of the work you need. Like most websites, our site and the services it runs on also record basic technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule inspections and estimates, do the work you hire us for, send you updates about your job, and keep our business records. If you contact us about storm damage, we may include the information you give us in the documentation we prepare for your insurance claim, at your request.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as the software that receives our website forms and sends our messages, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and third-party tools
Our estimate form and review display are provided by third-party services that may set cookies or collect technical data when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep project and customer records as long as we need them to serve you, stand behind our work, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling (317) 204-8367 or emailing samlynn2503@gmail.com.
